Overnight Fire Ruled Suspicious at Lakeshore Pallet

Sheboygan, Wis. (WHBL) - Arson is believed to be the cause of an overnight fire that destroyed four buildings at a pallet company in the town of Wilson.  According to Captain Dave Adams of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department, the fire is being investigated by the State of Wisconsin Fire Marshall, ATF, Sheboygan County Sheriffs Department and the Sheboygan County Fire Investigation Unit.  A 911 Call came in reporting a fire at Lakeshore Pallet Company in the town of Wilson.  When a deputy arrived on the scene, he reported four buildings burning simultaneously and fully engulfed in flames. Fifteen fire departments responded along with ambulances from the village of Oostburg and Random Lake.  During the firefighting efforts, a firefighter sustained a back injury and was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan.  Highway "V" was reopened to traffic mid morning on Thursday after being closed for most of the night.
