Sheboygan Youth Charged in Melee

Sheboygan, Wis (WHBL)  A Sheboygan youth is facing charges after a dispute among teenagers ended in a car being rear-ended and then battered with baseball bats in the city of Sheboygan Wednesday night.  18 year old Fidencio Jimenez was charged yesterday with felony reckless endangerment.  According to the criminal complaint he was allegedly driving a car that slammed into the rear of a car driven by a 16 year old Sheboygan youth, pushing it into a tree in Franklin Park on Broadway Avenue.  Witnesses said 3 youths in that car ran from the scene while several people in Jimenez’s car battered the damaged vehicle with baseball bats.   Sheboygan Police said there were reports that the two groups had been involved in an altercation prior to the accident.  Jimenez is facing up to 10 years in prison.
